Anywhere between 7–14 days from the date of order.
Due to Covid and other externalities like accessibility of your location, in some cases it may take more time. We request you to bear with us in case of short delays.
Deliveries need to be signed for by the customer. If you are unable to be there to sing for your delivery, please recommend an alternative person to sign for you. Birdsong takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
Any claim for damages must be reported to the customer service with 24 hours of delivery. Birdsong will not be responsible for any damage after delivery.

For orders under Rs. 1000, Rs. 50 for Prepaid orders and Rs. 100 for COD
For orders under Rs. 400, shipping charges applicable as per actuals
