Apply to the entire body in gentle circular strokes, working outward from the centre. The non-greasy formula absorbs in 60–90 seconds, so you can dress normally shortly after. You can also apply mid-day to any particularly dry areas (hands, elbows, shins) - the formula is light enough for daytime use without stickiness. A light application before bed on very dry skin works well overnight.
