The ancient ritual
The cinnamon and vanilla flavour is just too good — and the oral freshness lasts a very long time.
Oil pulling everyday was once considered an essential daily practice by our ancestors. We rediscovered it — and gave it the warm, comforting flavour of vanilla and cinnamon. Made with virgin cold-pressed coconut oil and all-natural essential oils.
• Use one teaspoon daily before brushing teeth, on an empty stomach.
• Put the oil in your mouth and start swirling slowly.
• Swirl anywhere between 5–20 minutes. Do not gargle.
• Spit the liquid out. Do not swallow.
• Rinse with water, then brush your teeth as normal.
The key is doing it daily on an empty stomach, first thing in the morning before brushing. Consistency over 21 days is when most people notice a visible difference in breath freshness and gum health.

Oil pulling works by swishing oil around the mouth, where the fat molecules in the oil bind to bacteria, plaque, and toxins and pull them away from teeth and gums. Done consistently, it reduces harmful oral bacteria, freshens breath, supports gum health, and reduces plaque build-up — all without disrupting the mouth's natural bacterial balance the way alcohol-based mouthwashes do.
Yes — there is growing clinical evidence supporting oil pulling. Multiple peer-reviewed studies have found that oil pulling with coconut oil significantly reduces Streptococcus mutans (a primary cavity-causing bacteria), lowers plaque levels, and improves gum health comparably to chlorhexidine mouthwash — without the side effects. It has been practised in Ayurveda for over 3,000 years, and modern research is increasingly validating what that tradition knew.
